Shipping is $5.50 US for anywhere in Australia, $10.00 US for anywhere internationally. This covers up to 10 necklaces.
Defective goods can be returned within seven working days of receipt for a full refund. If you want to return an item for any other reason, we will happily refund the purchase price, but not the shipping. Refunds of this type must be authorized, please contact us before returning the item.
We are not responsible for any delays or costs associated with import of these goods to your country, as these are beyond out control.
